This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Director of Technology & Telephony (Contact Centre) to join a market leader within the travel community. 

The Role

The main responsibility will be to manage and oversee all aspects of the telephony and telecommunications systems globally, you will cover all major regions like APAC, EMEA and Americas, working with vendors, stakeholder and 3rd party suppliers managing any issues and providing resolutions.   

Other Duties

   » Responsible for the RFI/RFP process for a new ACD/IVR package globally and manage the project to deploy throughout the business and measure its success.
   » Developing the Enterprise Architecture viewpoints
   » Ability to track and report on expenditure, usage and disruptions
   » Excellent project management skills
   » To be part of the recruitment process of new recruits

The Candidate

You will need to have experience in working for a large contact centre operation and have led and managed changes within the technology and telephony systems, working with outbound and inbound technologies. Experience in, but not limited to WFM solutions, CTI, ACD, IVR online chat and social media integration.  Experience of working in a growing multinational team. This role would also suit someone that is looking to step up to a Director role.
