We have an exciting full time permanent role for a Senior Administrator / Office Manager to provide effective staff, building, and administrative management support within a creative and dynamic environment in Wrexham, North Wales.

In the Senior Administrator / Office Manager Job you will be responsible for:

   » Record keeping, correspondence, arranging meetings, minute taking, handling petty cash, administration of membership applications, booking of rooms and facilities
   » Managing the day-to-day operation of the site, including opening and closing the building, health and safety, liaising with contractors
   » Providing effective staff management
   » Providing an efficient and effective reception and switchboard service to users and clients, including taking referrals and enquiries
   » Supporting the Director of Community Services in all aspects of the day-to-day running of the business
   » Personal assistant and administration support to the Director of Community Services
   » Attending and representing the business at internal and external meetings and events, as and when required
   » Undertaking and coordinating marketing initiatives and events

To be considered for the Senior Administrator / Office Manager Job you must have:

   » A career history demonstrating experience in a similar role, ideally from a charitable / third sector background
   » Experience of staff management, and running a busy office and reception desk
   » Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office, Excel and Powerpoint
   » Good administration skills, including minute taking, diary management, data handling, and the ability to draft high quality reports and letters
   » Excellent organisational and time management skills are essential along with an exemplary attention to detail
   » Drive and ambition, with a positive attitude
   » Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with well-developed interpersonal and customer service skills
   » The ability to work in a confidential manner at all times
   » A good standard of education, ideally educated to AS level or NVQ in office administration or equivalent
   » Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
   » Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends as and when required


This is a full time, permanent contract working 37.5 hours per week Monday - Friday, and occasional evenings and weekends on a salary of £21840 per annum.
