This agile, ambitious and innovative business and senior management team are looking to almost double their turnover in the next three years, as they transform their business and add a new direct to customer model to their existing successful operations. 

The head of customer operations will work as part of the senior leadership team to develop this crucial change, providing strong leadership, people and customer management skills. 

This is a rapidly growing ambitious, agile and innovative company who are committed to providing excellent customer service, across a range of financial services and consumer credit operations.  

For this position they will be looking to hire an experienced operational manager with excellent customer service skills gained from within the financial services industry.  

A visionary leader, you will be able to develop, motivate, train and coach your people to deliver a great experience and embrace the best process, tools and technologies.   

You will work with the senior management and executive team to identify, recommend and implement continuous improvement across all areas and help the business continue to grow and achieve their goals and objectives.
