An opportunity has arisen at a successful nationwide Stainless & Aluminium supplier based in the Manchester area. They are now recruiting for an organised and hard-working customer service / administrator. Your main duties will include processing orders, helping customers with their enquiries regarding stock, delivery times, shortages etc. issuing quotations and general office administration. You will  be responsible for ensuring that consistently high levels of customer service are maintained at all times.

Desired Requirements:

- Excellent Telephone manner
- Good computer skills (Word and Excel), including SAP experience would be advantageous 
- Good Time Keeping
- Able to prioritise workload
