The Role
We are now seeking a Senior Wills and Probate Lawyer to join our client`s busy and fast expanding team in the Leicester area. With a minimum of 3 years PQE, you will be a professional with good attention to detail and communicate in a clear and concise manner. Successful applicants will demonstrate the ability to manage and supervise a small team as part of their duties. Your caseload will be varied and complex including: advising on Wills and Inheritance tax issues; elderly client matters; lasting powers of attorneys; estate administration; intestacies; managing trust files; Will drafting and; higher-end probate matters.
In addition, STEP qualification and HNW client representation is a prerequisite to the role. Willingness to participate in the business development and networking of the firm is highly desirable. This is a full time, permanent position.

The Candidate
A qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 3 years PQE;
Solid background in a Private Client department is essential;
Willing to participate in the business development and networking of the firm;
Demonstrate the ability to represent HNW clients;
Ability to manage and supervise other members of the team would be advantageous;
STEP qualification is highly desirable;
Communicate in a clear and concise manner.
