Technical Consultant for ServiceNow cloud SAAS products - Max. £94k + 25% Bonus & Shares - Staines, Surrey/Middlesex
Salary: Maximum £87,000 plus £7,500 car allowance, 25% bonus, shares and good benefits


A hugely successful and very fast-growing cloud SAAS company requires an individual with experience of ServiceNow products to fill a client-facing post-sales technical consultancy role. This is a mobile role based 40% of the time on client sites UK-wide, with a base office in Staines.


The experience they are seeking is as follows:


• A minimum of 3 years of commercial experience in an I.T. pre-sales or client-facing consultancy role. (NOTE: By “client-facing” we mean for an I.T. service provider with external clients)
• At least one year of commercial experience in ServiceNow products
• Flexibility on travel: Able to travel up to 40% of the time

Please note the above are essential: You require all of the above to be eligible for this role.


This role resides in the newly-formed “Customer Success” team, a start-up within the organisation. You step in post-sale, to give the client technical advice, challenge and correct them when necessary, but overall to guide them in such a way as to derive maximum success and benefits from their chosen software products.

This will involve giving guidance at an architectural and design level of detail and communicating complex technical concepts to clients, as well as conducting the necessary research to remain an expert on the platform.


The next step career-wise from this position is to step up to managing a team of this kind of technical advisers in EMEA. If you prefer, there is also the option of a sideways move into areas such as pre-sales, solutions consultancy or technical security
